B Safe Advisor Group LLC provides security consulting, private investigations, and security and safety training. B Safe Advisor Group LLC is licensed in Virginia as a private security services business, DCJS #11-30292.
Information Only, Not Advice
The site gives general information about my services. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any result. Every situation is different, and recommendations are made only after an engagement begins.
No Engagement or Confidential Relationship from the Site
Using the site, sending a message, or having an initial consultation does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written contract that sets out the scope, fees, and terms. Information you send before then is treated as confidential by me, but I am not an attorney, and communications with me are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

If you are in immediate danger, call 9-1-1. Do not use the site, a text, or an email for an emergency.
Use of the Site

Courses for Students
Registration for B Safe at Spring Break, B Safe at College, and other courses is covered by separate registration terms. A parent or guardian must register and provide consent for any student who is under 18 years old at the start date of the course.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Changes
I may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
